MALIKI ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY–Rector of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Prof. Dr. Hj. Ilfi Nur Diana, S.Ag., M.Sc., conveyed the direction of campus development in a series of Halal Bihalal activities at UIN Malang which were held at the Ar Rahim Building, Floor 3, Campus 3, Tuesday, March 31 2026. This activity was a momentum for reflection as well as strengthening joint commitment in building a campus that has an impact on society.
In his speech, Prof. Ilfi emphasized UIN Maliki Malang's commitment to providing integrated health services for the community. "God willing, UIN Malang will prepare a hospital so that people can be healthy, both physically and psychologically, as well as producing a cadre of doctors who are beneficial to society," said Prof. Ilfi.
The Chancellor also emphasized the important role of the academic community, especially the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), as the next generation for the struggles of previous leaders. "Hopefully our ASN will become the next generation of the previous leaders' struggles, so that Campus 3 will truly become a valley of benefit for the people," he said.
Furthermore, Prof. Ilfi conveyed the target for future campus development which requires synergy from all parties. "In 2029 we must achieve greater improvements, and that can be achieved by working together, not just me alone, because I am only the coordinator," he stressed.
On this occasion, the Chancellor also introduced the launch of the new UIN Maliki Malang website as part of the campus' digital transformation. "We present this website to support the academic community with the help of AI and the latest digitalization, with various features that can help academic activities and access information," explained Prof. Ilfi.
Through strengthening health services and digital innovation, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang emphasizes its commitment to become a superior campus that is globally integrated and provides broad benefits to society.
